Just thought I’d post a quick blurb to update everyone on my “getting healthy” progress. I’m feeling great! SOOOOOOO MUCH more energy, and fitting into my old clothes again feels fantastic!
A few quick tips I’ve used so far:
– I’ve cut out most gluten and processed foods.
– I log EVERY piece of food I consume and my exercises DAILY to hold myself accountable. (myfitnesspal – taydellac)
– I make sure to get at least 30 minutes of physical activity each day, even if it’s just walking to the mail building.
I have exactly ten pounds to go until I reach my first BIG goal, and I’m determined to reach it this month!
